FAQ's:

How your session works:

STEP 1:
ARRIVAL

If the gym is open, enter as usual and walk straight ahead into Muve.
 

If the gym is closed, the door will be locked: we’ll open it to greet you.

STEP 2:
SETTLE IN

Place your belongings on the white table (look for the “stuff” sign).

Put on your non-slip socks.

The iPad will already be on and open in the Elite app.

STEP 3:
PICK A PROGRAM

Reset, Build, Strength, or Perform.
 

Then select a program. 

If you’re unsure, please ask us, we’re happy to help!

STEP 4:
COMPLETE PROGRAM

Follow the program as directed:  and enjoy the muves!
Tip: If you can’t see the springs on screen, tap the down arrow to expand the view.

(Music is controlled remotely by us, so no need to adjust it.)

STEP 5:
PACK UP

When you’re finished:

Thoroughly wipe down the reformer (carriage, footbar, headrest, straps) using the provided wipes.

Return all equipment neatly back into the box.

Leave the iPad on as it is.

STEP 6:
NEED HELP?

One of our therapists is always on site: please just ask!
 

Just note that we’re usually consulting, so we can provide quick advice only.

Once finished please return the springs to 1 Red, 1 Blue, 1 Yellow.

FAQ: HOW MUCH ARE SESSIONS?

  • Reformer sessions are $15 (GST inclusive)
    Please note this is intro pricing, so get muving while its here! 

  • All sessions must be booked and paid online. 

FAQ: CANCELLATIONS

​If you need to cancel your reformer session, no worries.

Cancellations made at any time will be credited toward a future session

As this is a new service and not yet at full capacity, we’re happy to be flexible.
As demand increases, we may introduce stricter booking or cancellation policies, we appreciate your understanding.
