Private Clients & Medicare
Standard consultation fee: $110 (40 Mins) for Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology
(minus any deposit paid when booking online).
Full payment is required on the day of service payment methods: Cash or EFTPOS.
A HICAPS terminal is available for on-the-spot private health insurance or Medicare claims
(Please bring your physical card)

NDIS / WorkCover
Invoicing is managed by our administration team.
Billed in line with current price guides and arrangements.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PRIVATE CLIENTS
We value your time as much as ours and understand that life happens.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% fee applies
Less than 4 hours’ notice or same-day cancellation: 100% fee applies
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, this will not incur any additional charges.
We prefer cancellations or reschedules via phone on 0436 001 407,
so we can offer your appointment to someone on our waitlist as soon as possible.
NDIS CLIENTS
As your appointment time is a regular, ongoing booking reserved specifically for you,
it cannot be offered to another client on our waitlist.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% session fee,
in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
